A mid-range unit for city-gate stations and industrial users. Delivers 500 kW of clean electricity with optional cold-energy monetisation — ice production, cold storage, IDC cooling, or hydrogen production via electrolysis. Multiple revenue streams from one pressure drop.
The 500 kW system is our mid-level unit. It houses a radial turbo-expander, speed-reducing gearbox, ex-proof generator, lubrication system, and grid-connection controller on a single skid — delivered, installed, and commissioned as a turnkey module.
The unit operates in parallel with the existing throttle-valve branch. In the event of maintenance or shutdown, gas flow automatically redirects to the original pressure-regulation loop with zero interruption to downstream supply.
Output: 500 kW
Cooling capacity: 500 kW
Expander Efficiency:≥86%
Turbine speed:40000 rpm
Inlet pressure: Under 10 MPa Modular & scalable design
Fully automated control
Ice production + cold storage: Three revenue streams — electricity sales, ice sales, and cold-storage leasing.
Battery-swapping station: Direct power supply for heavy-duty truck and logistics-vehicle swap stations. Containerised deployment.
IDC / edge computing: Power supply plus −30 °C cold energy for data-centre cooling, significantly reducing PUE. Compatible with the valve-branch cold source during generator downtime (≤ 15 days/year).
Green hydrogen: producing 99.999% H₂ and O₂ for industrial or transport markets.

A compact skid-mounted unit for small-to-medium gas pressure-reduction stations. Converts wasted pipeline pressure into 300 kW of clean electricity and industrial-grade cooling — zero additional fuel required. Cold-energy utilisation options (ice production, cold storage, IDC cooling) available on demand.

High-capacity units for major pipeline hubs, gas storage facilities, and petrochemical complexes. Scalable to 10 MW-class per single unit. It houses a radial turbo-expander, speed-reducing gearbox, ex-proof generator, lubrication system, and grid-connection controller on a single skid — delivered, installed, and commissioned as a turnkey module. Supports all downstream coupling options at scale — IDC data centres, hydrogen production, battery swapping, and industrial ice plants.
